I am Andreas. Curiousness drives me, empathy guides me and compassion is the motor I am running on.I am compassionate to improve peoples lives and I cannot work without the perspective of helping people in need. That is why I love to work in clinical research and development. Empathy is my leading principal to engage with colleagues as well as internal and external stakeholders. I consider work often as tug of war. Not a tug of war against other people but against a problem like a burden of disease. In order to win such a fight, you need all hands working together strong and motivated.Curiousness: I love to engage with new ideas, people and places - all the things I haven\'t experienced before - a new therapeutic area, an intercultural environment, international travel. As clinical study lead I am currently challenge the unmet need of patients with shoulder tendinopathy, ever exploring new ways to successfully fuel my project. while engaging with (the somewhat unexpericend to clinical development) partners in orthopedics.
