Currently leading and managing the quality laboratory for an international supplier of ceramic power electronics substrates, ensuring strict adherence to IATF 16949 standards, with direct oversight of 5 team members.• Overseeing responsibilities that include electrical, physical, and chemical analytics, as well as damage analysis.• Actively driving projects and implementing continuous process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.• Serving as a key scientific consultant for various stakeholders, including Production, Quality, Sales, Product Development, and Engineering, providing expertise in analytics and technical cleanliness (VDA19).• Conducting ongoing internal process audits according to VDA 6.3 standards, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.• Providing technical support for the establishment of a new laboratory facility in China and ensuring compliance with technical specifications• Demonstrating proficiency in gauge management, X-ray protection, resource planning, and the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Reporting, as well as technical specifications.Technologies include: Copper-Ceramic Substrates, AMB, DCB, Coatings, SEM, Partial Discharge, High Voltage Tests, Damage Analysis, Surface Analysis
