I\'m on a mission to help my clients become more innovative businesses. My role also requires me to drive adoption of AI and bring revenue from new projects. In this role I\'m designing and driving innovation programmes, moving ideas to concepts and prototypes, influencing the cultural change towards creative leadership, co-development of technology trials and experiments, bridging TCS\' programmes and product portfolio, designing and hosting thought leadership events, innovation days, design thinking workshops, hackathons, technology showcases, as well as connecting with the academic and FinTech ecosystems.Achievements- Established the innovation strategy and operating model within a key account- Led the design and development of a first-of-its-kind pitching competition, taking 3 teams through a structured approach to research, conceptualise and scope 3 market-first propositions, engaging 60+ stakeholders across multiple departments- Led the Partnership agreement between TCS and a scale up Fintech business to deploy their AI platform within the client environment and establish an operating model- Shared responsibility for the development of the business case of a GenAI tool called GitHub Copilot, used by software developers to code with an AI assistant - Led the end to end mapping of a complex and critical business workflow identifying pain points and scoping an automation proof of concept - Scoped 5+ AI experiments and developed new relationships with the clients\' AI Council and AI Centre of Expertise.
