I am a CRM Inhouse Consultant with experiences in developing on Power Platform with Power Apps and Power Automate as well as running data analyses with Power BI. My daily work is to reassure the Sales Excellence of all our data saved in CRM and to maintain CRM insofar as well as to improve our system in order to gain the best and most professional CRM system. In order to find out what\'s best, communication doesn\'t stop by only talking inside my branch but also to communicate international-wide within my company. This is realized by a constant communication within all the departments working with our CRM system along with talking to the external company helping us in individually developing needed applications and modifications. I help the team out by taking over some developing tasks in order to have faster ongoing on the road of modification and improvement.
