Since October 2018, in my capacity as the Manager of Educational Services at Lincoln Electric, I\'ve been at the forefront of numerous endeavors aimed at advancing educational programs and industry norms. Within this role, I\'ve taken the lead in crafting curricula and establishing policies, resulting in the inception of global training initiatives and adherence protocols.One significant aspect of my responsibilities has been the development of specialized e-learning modules tailored for distributors, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. Additionally, I successfully managed the rollout of a new Learning Management System, overseeing the smooth transition of 1800 assets to the platform.Being part of a venerable weld school with a century-long legacy, I\'m entrusted with overseeing student services, from recruitment and enrollment to placement. In collaboration with a national certification body, I\'ve been instrumental in creating 24 welding certifications adhering to AWS Standards, thus raising industry standards. Moreover, I\'ve crafted a comprehensive Train-the-Trainer curriculum to empower instructors nationwide in delivering these certifications effectively.Through strategic alliances, notably with the American Association of Community Colleges, I\'ve facilitated the provision of welding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to over 1500 apprentices, enhancing their career prospects and fueling industry expansion.
