With multiple certifications and a passion for real estate, Andrea continually attends training and seminars to keep her systems fresh and modern.Andrea’s journey in real estate began in 2009, leveraging her talents for organization, planning, and selling. After training with top agents, she founded her own team with Keller Williams in 2013, gaining national recognition for her success. In 2015, she expanded her reach by launching a real estate sales team in Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland, and Washington D.C, while maintaining her original Texas team. Family brought her back to Texas in 2017, where she continued to lead with a blend of leadership, marketing, and organizational skills.Her reputation for exceptional service is exemplified by accolades such as the Houston Association of Realtors’ 20 Under 40 Award, and her team’s recognition as the #2 Team in Keller Williams Realty International for 2023. She and her husband, Clint Kitzmann, ran their family real estate business together before both joining forces with The Lauren Ashley Team in 2024. When not working, Andrea enjoys reading, traveling, and volunteering, with a special passion for animal rescue. Her beloved dogs—Anya, Aspen, Ares, and Casper—all rescued, hold a special place in her heart.
