ABOUT ANDREA RANDOLPH

I have spent my career leading sales, marketing and operations teams to consistently out-perform expectations. Whether in the CPG, telecom or retail industries, I have developed progressive sales effectiveness strategies resulting in improvement and implemented integrated marketing/business plans driving growth. I am known for leading the charge for change and resourcefully adapting to complex challenges especially during turbulent environments. I was the Vice President of Retail at The Beer Store for seven years. I reported directly to the president and ran a person/450 store retail operation. I also had marketing and real estate reporting to me. I am fortunate to have spent 30 years working for three excellent organizations in three different industries. I have successfully and progressively led teams in marketing, sales, operations, retail and channel development and have delivered results within challenging governance and regulatory environments. My experience includes both B to B and B to C. I operate with a win-win mentality and I firmly believe that success is more likely with cross-functional cohesion. I have had to present to and convince demanding decision-makers as well as communicate to and gain support from employees of all levels and enjoy all facets of presentations and communications. I have been on both sides of the table and am confident in my ability to negotiate with internal stakeholders as well as external customers.
