Delivers learning and development solutions for field Rental associates, facilitation/management of corporate training courses, and daily administration of field programs.Facilitates interactive instructor-led training sessions within various environments (classroom, virtual, numerous group sizes, etc.) to implement learning and development solutions for 5 different Rental field roles and 6 programs.Aligns course content and didactic with Penske\'s stratified performance and development model.Applies adult learning principles as the foundation for the design and execution of learning and development initiatives; leverages technology using a variety of authoring tools to develop online learning solutions.Travels to field locations and the corporate office to consult and conduct professional development services.Serves as a consultant supporting the Rental department for both field and corporate projects; various other department engagement as needed to implement programs.Interacts with all levels of leadership within the organization, working closely in both a leadership and consulting capacity with PTL business leadership.
