Thorny, perplexing problems are my favourite kind. Whether it be designing systems, processes and templates to bring order to chaos, or collaborating with diverse stakeholders to align shared goals, I thrive on crafting strategies that put people at the center of success.I have a unique background spanning the government, non-profit, and for-profit hyper-growth sectors, and includes experience in people operations, project management, HR strategy, and business development. As a CPHR-certified professional, this diversity has allowed me to identify and adopt best practices for managing high-performing teams. I do my best work operating in the grey and thrive working in organizations facing challenges, opportunities, and transitions where the stakes are high.Beyond my day-to-day work, I am proud to serve on the Board of Directors for Pacifica Treatment Centre Society, where I’ve led governance restructuring, policy revisions, and executive leadership transitions. Additionally, as a member of Volleyball BC\'s HR and Governance Committee, I contribute HR expertise to advance strategic initiatives and best practices. I\'m passionate about what I do and take pride in mentoring emerging professionals while sharing insights on HR strategy and leadership. Whether speaking at events or engaging in thought-provoking discussions that drive growth and foster innovation, my goal is to empower others to excel in their careers.When I am not tackling how and where my organization should grow, I am a passionate landscape and portrait photographer, national park enthusiast, and amateur golfer.
