Chief of Staff and Leading a team supporting strategic initiatives centered around V2 core provisioning platform for OCI. Lead an engineering team focused on optimizing, automating and measuring business operations and supply chain for Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure. I am passionate about technology and love solving meaningful problems. Highlights: • Successfully running CoS initiatives for the entire org, supporting executive decisions, and enabling the Org to effectively align on companywide deliverables • Lead the team driving business critical companywide programs, allowing Oracle Services migrations and onboardings to OCI. • Identified pockets of ‘missing’ capacity and designed data tools to programmatically detect and monitor the issue, improving COGS by several million dollars annually. • Streamlined the Demand Signaling process, reducing the time required to produce a signal, while also increasing reliability combined with rapid identification of issues and duplications. • Redesigned Network forecasting process by employing a two-blocks virtual safety stock method, resulting in improved quality and timeliness of signal and reduced lead-time for networking parts and gear. • Defined and implemented a set of strategic tools and metrics to optimize rack deployment and provisioning enabling managers to easily pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies while improving lead times by several orders of magnitude. • Optimized S & OP process to become more efficient, scalable and modular. Automated data ingestion of dependent data sources and output, isolating the impact of internal usage to better leverage opportunities in both external and internal markets. • Developed an automated HW Pipeline intelligence system to provide a single source of truth for all applications and functions based on the notion of “incoming capacity” with the ability to supply information about any stage in the lifecycle of an individual Rack up to its provisioning.
