About Andrea Nartey

Andrea is an instructional leader with experience supporting schools, educators, and families in strengthening learning practices across disciplines. Her work has focused on building coherent instructional systems, supporting effective professional learning, and helping educators translate research into clear, usable classroom practice.She has served in school based leadership roles with responsibility for instructional design, professional learning, and program development across elementary and middle school settings. Her experience includes leading learning practices across literacy, math, and play based instruction, supporting alignment between curriculum and teaching, and strengthening the structures that help classrooms and schools function well over time. Andrea brings particular depth in foundational literacy while maintaining a broad view of child development, learning environments, and educator practice.She is especially interested in work that centers strong teaching, joyful and developmentally appropriate learning, and equitable access to both play and rigorous instruction. Outside of school settings, she loves reading, spending time with her children, and making maple cinnamon lattes at home.
