Andrea Muscadin has over 20 years of experience working in investment, healthcare, and social sector industries. She has crafted organizational business goals and strategies for global corporations and has built strategic partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders. Andrea is currently Head of Partnerships for Amazon in the Community Education Initiatives at Amazon. Previously, she served as Vice President of Partnerships at the Partnership for a Healthier America where she worked with private sector companies to develop and implement organizational commitments and has helped to guide $124Million in committed funding to community programs. Prior to PHA, Andrea was a Director at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island where she led the Business Analysis department and managed the development of corporate-wide business proposals for strategic growth investments. Previously, Andrea was a Director at Rabin Martin, a global health strategy consulting firm where she guided client projects on market access, advocacy and stakeholder engagement in emerging markets that included Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe. Earlier in her career, Andrea co-founded the Ubuntu Institute, a Southern African NGO, that created culturally sensitive HIV/AIDS campaigns with local traditional leaders and members of the Swazi Royal and Mandela families. She started her career providing healthcare & biomedical research services for hedge funds and private equity clients. Andrea earned her MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with a focus on international business and organizational management. She received her Bachelors in Biology from the University of Virginia.
