ABOUT ANDREA MUNTEANU
Product Designers have two jobs- Design great experiences- Get people to see their value. That’s been my focus for the past 3 years. Across non-profits, freelance B2C/D2C work, and a global risk consultancy, I’ve created thoughtful, user-centred designs while helping stakeholders understand why they work.My skills include wireframing, prototyping, user research, and stakeholder management, but I’m also passionate about improving UX processes such as- Streamlining handoffs between UX and development- Building design systems and embedding accessibility best practices into the company- Advocating for user-first thinking across organisations.I’m a quick learner with a curious mindset, always staying ahead of trends by attending workshops, lectures, and hackathons to refine my approach and deliver impactful designs.I started in medical sciences, transitioned to IT, and found my passion in UX which is a perfect blend of logic, empathy, and creativity.
