Responsible for driving the organization\'s Human Resources compliance and Associate Relations efforts by developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. • Evaluate HR compliance risk based on the current regulatory landscape and anticipated changes• Create strategy for HR Compliance efforts• Ensure compliance with and provide guidance on all required federal, state, and local regulatory reporting requirements, including I9s, EEO, ADA, USERRA, WARN Act, ADEA, Title VII, FLSA, etc.• Develop, revise, implement and interpret human resource policies and procedures • Develop and maintain a Human Resources policy library• Analyze HR practices and recommend employee relations and employment policies to establish competitive programs and ensure legal compliance. Conduct audits of human resource activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. • Identify and educate business partners regarding emerging legal compliance issues.• Develop and delivery of Associate Relations training
