As Co-Founder and COO of QuantumBloom, I partner with progressive organizations to strengthen their STEM workforce by redesigning the systems that shape women’s experiences at work, including career pathways, manager capability, psychological safety, and access to support at critical inflection points.Too often, women leave technical careers because the environment quietly (or not so quietly) pushes them out. My work focuses on solving that problem at scale.QuantumBloom combines research-backed curriculum, leadership and peer coaching, and community-based support to help women navigate and thrive in STEM careers, while helping companies improve retention, engagement, innovation, and leadership readiness.My background spans executive strategy, innovation, marketing, and operations in complex, highly regulated environments, including health, technology, government, and research organizations.
