ABOUT ANDREA MCKINNEY

As Vice President of AI Operations at Tivly, I own the operational excellence of our AI Voice platform — ensuring performance, quality, compliance, and clarity as AI becomes a core part of how we serve customers and partners.Over the past decade at Tivly, I’ve held roles across multiple departments, giving me a deep understanding of how the business operates end to end. That experience shapes my approach today: practical, operational, and grounded in real business needs. I’m passionate about building systems that don’t just exist in theory, but perform consistently in production.Before joining Tivly, I earned an MBA with summa cum laude honors from Southern Nazarene University while running track and serving as an assistant coach for the cross country team. My background in athletics taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. These are qualities that continue to guide my leadership style.I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Entrepreneurship from East Central University, where I was named the ECU School of Business Distinguished Graduate of the Year and received the Oklahoma Business Roundtable’s Paulsen Award. As captain of the cross country team, I helped lead our team to a conference championship — an experience that shaped my understanding of goal-setting and team dynamics.Running remains my lifelong passion. I’ve completed 4 of the 6 World Marathon Majors, with a goal of running all six. Whether training for these races or leading complex initiatives at work, I bring the same dedication, discipline, and perseverance to everything I do.
