Bio: Passionate about enabling purpose-led organisations to create greater value and impact, I support multiple organisations through a portfolio career focused on delivering social, environmental, and economic benefits. With a career spanning more than 30 years, I bring a unique breadth of skills and experience. I’ve run my own communications business, consulted both independently and as a Baringa Associate, and operated at senior levels in high-profile organisations including central government departments, law enforcement agencies, industry membership bodies, and a local authority as well as businesses in the telecoms, media, technology, and retail sectors. I have a proven track record of leading people and projects, strengthening organisational capability, developing and delivering impactful strategies, and driving positive change to build brand reputation in complex environments across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. In 2010, I was seconded to 10 Downing Street to advise the newly formed Camerron-Clegg Government on communicating as a Coalition. In 2013, I was part of the leadership team that established the National Crime Agency. In 2021, I started consulting and have more recently focused on supporting social value organisations across Buckinghamshire.
