Program Delivery/Facilitationo Creates and facilitates training programs in a variety of subject areas including but not limited to: products and services, business operations, policies and procedures, and career development.o Works closely with Human Resources colleagues, managers and executives to provide feedback and recommend innovative solutions to continually improve training programs. e-Learning/Knowledge Management o Provides consultation and guidance to managers and employees regarding Cornerstone LMS.o Creates training content to maximize the use of e-learning platforms as a medium for learning and development.o Converts existing content to e-learning format. o Interacts with internal subject matter experts for the creation of new content.o Provides expert knowledge of e-learning development concepts, principles, methodologies and relevant uses of technology in instruction.
