After a year at Mud Mile, I stepped into a new role to lead the logistics behind our growing content production. As the volume and complexity of our work with partners has expanded, so has the need for tight coordination, efficient systems, and on-the-ground execution. As VP of Logistics, I manage the planning, production, and delivery of design assets, swag, and collateral that support partners.I\'ll leverage my decade+ of broadcast news producing skills more; I now serve as the primary on-site producer, managing everything from pre-event logistics to real-time execution on location. I’m focused on streamlining operations and scaling our internal systems to support continued growth for Mud Mile and our partners.I also oversee our internal workflow platform to keep projects on track and teams aligned. Additionally, I am Hubspot certified to support our partners in maximizing their marketing and inbound strategies—helping them get the most out of their campaigns, content, and CRM tools.
