Serving as study manager for a Planning Assistance to States (PAS) Green Infrastructure Project in which I monitor and oversee study execution.• Serving as Course Manager for the Public Involvement and Team Building in Planning PROSPECT course which requires coordinating a team of 5 instructors, establishing timelines for products, and setting and meeting budgets in addition to serving as lead instructor. • Facilitating discussions to develop appropriate alternative plans for a Section 1135 project aimed at developing and analyzing ecosystem restoration plans that meet the established criteria for being in the interest of the Federal government. • Determining acquisition strategy in order to prepare and negotiate consultant contracts and work orders for the Section 14 Lick Run emergency streambank restoration project. • Coordinating a team to gather and analyze economic and technical data to create solutions for a variety of flood control, storm surge, and sea level rise issues within the Lower Virginia Peninsula, as part of a Multi-Hazard Tournament• Co-led Workshop for Laos Ministry of Environment and Mines on Public Participation, Collaboration, and Conflict Transformation in conjunction with Pacific Ocean Division and the Department of State in which I taught students how to include public involvement opportunities in their project study plans (PSP).• Planned, organized, and executed three stakeholder workshops. Planning of these events included the coordination of Corps staff, invitation of stakeholders (including Congressional representatives), identification of proper facilitated process, preparation and provision of data and information, and documentation of next steps.• Taught Collaboration and Conflict Transformation in Multi-Party Processes in which I train Department of Interior and Department of Defense students how to negotiate with multiple entities to find mutually acceptable solutions to problems.
