Many professionals realize the challenges and pressures that come with being an employee/parent/spouse/etc, and so let me answer two common questions I am commonly asked?Maybe you have taken on extra work hours or even a second job to meet the financial needs of your family. Which takes you further away from the time and energy you so long to give back to them.From personal experience, I knew the only one winning from this cycle was the companies I worked for and it was at the expense of my own personal wellbeing and that of my children. You may be feeling sick and tired. Thinking this can\'t continue and something needs to change. You can be that SOMETHING?After 3 years of juggling work and searching for something that offered business ownership I found an amazing company that supports my values, my work ethic, and offers me the flexibility and compensation that I was looking for. Best of all you are your OWN boss!For the past 2 years I have been afforded education, licensing, support, and tools I need to expand my business by teaching other hardworking mothers to do what I do for themselves. Having a heart of servitude and longing to help others attain their own goals and dreams I found solving my own financial needs quickly became a way to help others do the same. I left my corporate job and work for myself and my family. Trust your own work ethic! If you are able to work as hard as you do for the company(s) that you may be considering leaving behind, you darn sure would be working just as hard for yourself and your family.
