If you are a business owner you probably meet lots of people through networking and events, and some of those people are potential customers, clients and patients. But how many of those prospects are you actually turning into closed sales? There is often a gap between prospects met and sales closed, and that gap is your follow-up system. I used to have a \'PhD in Excuses\' when I started my own business: I was frightened of rejection or being thought pushy, and I didn\'t know what to say. I needed to become a \'PhDinFollowUp\' and create a high touch approach that would build trusting relationships. It\'s not just about automation and pipelines, it\'s about building a deeper connection with birthday cards and phone calls. Deeper connections lead to more closed sales, improved customer loyalty, increased referrals and that would enable me to pick up the money that I was leaving on the table. So I studied hard, found some great tools, organized my strategies, set up some systems and I now teach others to be a PhDinFollow-Up. I work mostly with business owners who sell expensive items like houses or cars or more personalized services like insurance, finance, health, wedding planners; businesses that produce quotes or estimates for clients and want to increase the numbers of potential clients who hire them; we also work with a lot of sales teams, MLMers and affiliate marketers. Really we can help any business owner who wants to close more sales.The biggest advantage of having an efficient system in place is the fact that not having to remember the little things any more reduces stress levels and leaves space in your mind for creativity. The increase in sales you get from making better connections is just an added bonus, really!I am myself a mom working from home, I have a strong arts, design & media background, and I am a graduate of the University of the City of London and from CEO Space International. I am a Brit living in San Diego.
