The Peer Support Specialists I supervise work on the following treatment teams in the Adult Division: Engagement, Criminal Justice, Assisted Outpatient Treatment, Assertive Community Treatment, Mobile Crisis Response, Homeless Outreach, Peer Fit, Recovery Zone, and Outpatient East, West, Downtown, and South.Implement and plan peer support programming, including identifying and addressing trends, addressing problematic issues with existing programs, and developing new programs and services.Serve on the Zero-Suicide Team, the Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion ERG, the Emerging Professionals ERG, the PCORI (Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute) Peer Support Advisory Board, and the Outreach Team.Provide training in Peer Support, Peer Supervision, Chronic Disease Self-Management, and Suicide Prevention.Report to VP of Adult Services.
