I’m not the right fit for everyone, and that’s okay—my approach is tailored for leaders who are ready to make a genuine commitment to change. Who I Work With I collaborate with leaders who- Are genuinely committed to fostering an inclusive organisation and improving their equality performance, recognising the value this brings to their teams and the communities they serve- Embrace a can-do attitude, are open to change, and understand that independent, specialist expertise can accelerate solutions. Who I Don’t Work With Leaders who are unwilling to acknowledge equality challenges or remain closed to new perspectives are unlikely to benefit from working with me. Similarly, those who lack authenticity in their commitment to driving meaningful improvements in equality performance will not find my services suitable. How I Help - Identify and address equality challenges - I’ll help you develop and implement actionable Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategies and plans tailored to your organisation’s needs- Reduce inequalities - I can help you improve the outcomes of your employment practices and staff survey results, particularly for staff with specific protected characteristics- Investigate Cases - I provide expertise in investigating discrimination, bullying, and harassment cases, ensuring issues are addressed thoroughly and fairly- Develop skills and competence - I work with your leaders and teams to enhance their understanding and ability to manage EDI effectively- Achieve and exceed standards - I’ll help you meet your legal obligations, move towards best practice, and gain accreditations and recognition as a leader in equality, diversity, and inclusion-Attract and retain diverse talent - I’ll support you in building a workforce that reflects the communities you serve, improving your reputation and positioning your organisation as a beacon of best practice.
