I have been coaching leaders and executives for over 10 years to support their development in vital leadership skills such as motivating/influencing others, gaining efficiencies and getting buy-in to a collective vision. I have also helped them increase their communication effectiveness amongst their team(s) and also cross-functionally across the organization. I have worked with leaders up to the VP level in industries such as software/technology, healthcare, banking/finance and Insurance. Some of the leaders I have coached have been for Genentech, United Health Group, Capital One, Google, Roche, and Progressive Insurance. My mission is to serve individuals and leaders committed to creating positive and sustainable change. This includes clarifying goals, strengthening leadership capacity and transforming the status quo from the “expected” into something truly dynamic. This mission is based on what works: the combination of deepened insight and intentional choice creates powerful change. I am a compassionate, intuitive listener who acts as a thought partner with clients to get to the core of challenges of what they face and support them in meaningful action to enable them to be the successful and impactful leaders they want to be. I am certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) as a Certified Co-active Professional Coach (CPCC).
