About Andrea Hill

Starting July 22nd, I will be taking on a new role with GE Vernova as a Sr. Engineering Manager. Previously, I was the EDMS and SQA Implementation Manager at TerraPower, where I led the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) and the Software Quality Assurance Implementation (SQA-I) program across the organization. I have over two years of experience in managing assessments of nuclear SQA projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. I also have multiple certifications from CCPS and ASME in process safety and risk management, as well as software requirements for nuclear facilities. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Louisville, where I developed my skills in IT project management, leadership, and communication. My core competencies include planning, coordinating, and executing complex and high-impact initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and delivering quality results and solutions. I am passionate about advancing the mission of GE Vernova and partners to provide safe, clean, and affordable energy for the world, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies in the field of nuclear innovation.
