Serves as the strategic HR leader, management consultant, employee advocate and subject matter expert for Winship Cancer Institute on all human resource related matters including compensation and rewards, recruiting, employee relations, onboarding and training. Interprets policies and procedures and provides counsel to leadership and employees concerning their administration; consults management staff on human resources issues. Assesses training needs and plans and implements a comprehensive program for developing staff. Manages a HR staff.
