I thrive on challenge. That isn’t hyperbole. I push myself daily to operate outside of my comfort zone. I work hard in a constant drive to grow, to learn, and to try things that might send me falling flat on my face. I am an altruistic dreamer. I empower others to succeed and strive to leave people and places better than I found them. I combine right-brained creativity and left-brained logic to dive headfirst into issues and brainstorm innovative solutions. I visualize the big picture and then clearly lay out the steps to achieving it. For 20+ years, I have traversed the globe and various sectors as a leader and thought influencer, regardless of the parameters of a specific job description. I have worked with organizations as large as the U.S. federal government and as small as one-person start-ups. I have advised for- and non-profit organizations and shepherded projects and people towards continual progress. I have conducted formal and informal training sessions on topics such as intercultural communication, global partnership development, strategic planning, leadership, sales and marketing, corporate social responsibility, and customer service. I pride myself on being a caring and empowering leader, conscientious worker, and well-rounded human being.

   Leading a Tulsa-based retail group with two stores: Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar and Tulsa Hills Cigar Cellar & Market. This includes steering the company of approx. 30 employees in pursuit of its mission and directing all corporate and store-level activities, including finance, human resources, purchasing, marketing, and sales functions. The Wine Cellar features a large selection of fine wines, spirits, beer and related items. We are a boutique shop in Tulsa Hills Shopping Center specializing in high-end wines and spirits, including custom single barrel projects. Our attention to the customer experience through our friendly and knowledgeable staff set us apart.
