ABOUT ANDREA GRACE

I have a super-sized personality that embraces and promotes company culture with a desire to make an impact! I am an experienced leader specializing in compliance, training, content development, change management, coaching, and contracts. My journey both professional and personal has led me to the work I am passionate about. You will see in the experience section that each role has prepared me for the next and has provided the necessary tools to tackle any task thrown my way. I am a natural born leader on a mission to fuel learning in myself and others. My diverse background lends itself to creating a safe, open and creative learning place where people are excited and challenged; a place where people are committed and give it their all because they are motivated to do so. I have worked my way through various roles within each company I’ve worked at which has given me the business acumen to support the company’s goals and targets. I have experience resolving issues based on corrective action, general data clean up, writing legal agreements, developing processes and learning tools, content development, training and coaching. I believe empowered, confident employees leads to growth, development, knowledge, skills, capability and loyalty that will drive better business performance. As a cancer survivor, I am proud to work in the medical compliance field, specifically within a company that has such a huge impact on cancer patients and their families. When I’m not on the job, I love cooking and baking for others and restoring my 1979 VW named Nola. I am a die hard Swiftie, and a lover of the beach and Symphony Orchestras, having volunteered for a number of orchestras over the years, including two board positions. I recently joined Signal Peak Toast Masters Club which, has been such a fun and positive experience. Leading others to achieve great things is my sweet spot. Whether it’s in the workplace or home, we only get one shot at doing life good and well. I want to conquer every obstacle that crosses my path and motivate others to live their best life too.
