I am a relationship-centered community engagement leader who believes that healing and change begin with belonging. As the Director of Community Engagement at City with Dwellings, I lead communications, volunteer engagement, and donor cultivation efforts that invite people into meaningful connection with our mission and with one another. My work focuses on sharing stories that honor dignity, building pathways for volunteers and supporters to participate with purpose, and nurturing relationships that sustain long-term community investment.Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to roles where people are at the center. I bring a hospitality-driven, trauma-informed approach to engagement, guided by curiosity, empathy, and a deep respect for individual experience. Whether crafting a message, welcoming a new volunteer, or stewarding a donor relationship, my goal is always the same: to help people understand how they belong to something larger, and how their presence and support make a real difference.
