I\'ve been part of Strategic Coach in the UK for nearly 20 years, working closely with ambitious entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses. Although my title says Operations, a big part of my role is people.I work alongside the entrepreneurs in our programme - helping them get clear on what they actually want, encouraging them to stretch their goals (if they say £50k, I\'ll usually say £60k), and being a consistent voice between workshops when things feel messy or overwhelming. Sometimes that means challenging them. Sometimes it just means listening properly. Often it’s both.What I love most is seeing the shift. Someone walks into a workshop frustrated or stuck, and leaves with clarity and confidence. That never gets old.Yes, I make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. But more than anything, I care about the people in the room. I treat this business like it’s my own, and I want the entrepreneurs we work with to succeed - not just financially, but personally too.
