I love doing things for the first time. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than thinking about a problem new to me and solving it, and possibly learning something new during the process. I love learning directly from people, from their experience. My wife says I am like that because I am an engineer, and sometimes that I am an engineer because I am like that. I don\'t mind taking decisions and I am not stressed by responsibilities. Everything comes with risks. But if you know them, you can get ready for when they come if they come. I don\'t like telling people what to do and how to do it. And I don\'t like being told what to do and how to do it. I like discussing about things and when someone tries to convince me about something. I like passion and enthusiasm, and I love seeing that in the people around me. There is nothing more stimulating than sharing a vision and working together to make that vision real. I don\'t like cars, I like motorcycles. I don\'t go running, I go climbing. I don\'t go swimming, I go diving. I ski on piste, but I like it more if it is off-piste.
