During the last decade, I have developed, managed, and executed every function of a successful non-profit. I have gained leadership and organization skills as I have led both functional and project teams at Prolanthropy. I was fortunate enough to enroll and complete the Goering Center for Family & Private Business Leadership Develop Institute in 2020 to further augment my leadership skills. These leadership responsibilities included recruiting, developing, and managing over ten fiduciary and advisory boards across the country. Communication has always been a key to my successful leadership of both internal and external stakeholders. To effectively lead, it is imperative to inspire both the staff and board members with clear and compelling communication of the vision of success for the foundations.
