As a part of the Mrs G marketing team, I am also the adviser to all onsite and offsite events. I serve as a liaison specialist for the residential and commercial division of an 3rd generation, woman-owned independent business of 82 years. while also serving as an adviser to marketing and managing events in the store. In my current dual role at Mrs. G, I manage 7 appliance experts. It is a pleasure working with a team that I can proudly represent at public and business networking events. As a representative of the Mrs. G appliance expert sales team, I am responsible for assisting in the management and implementation of sales strategies for residential customers and industry clients. I engage with the public on a regular basis in the store and at community/business events to promote the Mrs. G brand. I communicate with everyone and manage aspects of the store\'s operation, including organizing displays and marketing materials, managing inventory, problem solving customer service issues and more. I am active in the local chambers and am often face-to-face with realtors, architects, contractors/builders, kitchen & bath designers and other industry partners. I am the point of contact for developing business leads on behalf of the company and ensure that all inquiries are answered properly and efficiently. I work closely with the marketing team to help build the brand, plan events and contribute to content development for various digital marketing and advertising platforms.
