As a Director of Product for Wayfair, I lead initiatives that enhance customer engagement and conversion by improving navigation, personalization, and discovery across the company\'s apps and websites. I oversee product management for front-end experiences such as Search, Browse, and Product Detail Pages, as well as the back-end systems driving cross-site features like Recommendations and Personalization. With over two decades of experience in e-commerce and retail, I have also managed cross-functional teams including data science, UX design, UX research and Marketing to deliver scalable and customer-centric solutions. My approach combines strategic vision with technical excellence and close collaboration with Engineering and Machine Learning Science.
