ABOUT ANDREA CHISOLM
Much of my work centers on helping organizations align people, strategy, and structure so they can grow thoughtfully and sustainably.At The Trust, I serve as Deputy Director and Chief Development Officer. In that role, I work across operations, IT, and human resources to help move strategy into action. I work closely with our CEO and Board of Trustees on initiatives that strengthen the organization and ensure we continue protecting the careers of psychologists and other mental health professionals through professional liability insurance, risk management programs, and education.I bring a psychologist’s lens to leadership, paying close attention to how teams function, how decisions get made, and how people respond to change. In practice, that often means helping leaders align around priorities, strengthening systems that support the organization’s growth, and guiding complex initiatives that require collaboration across departments and partners.I also serve as Treasurer of the Maryland Psychological Association, where I contribute to financial oversight and strategic planning for the profession.
