Develop, drive, and execute high growth staffing strategies to support the Global Support Operations division, consisting of US government and commercial projects exceeding $750M in contract value. • Lead and develop a passionate team of 19 Recruiters world-wide that support cleared and non-cleared Department of Defense, Department of State, local and state governments and commercial clients in the areas of International Security, K-9, UAS, Base Operations, Vehicle Fleet Maintenance and Military Training.• Responsible for recruiting and selection compliance oversight for all division projects, including the creation, update and review of related company policies, directives and procedures. Align recruiting approach and policy with organizational and mission objectives.• Responsible for ATS governance and process improvements that maintain data accuracy, system functionality, and regulatory compliance. Use resulting data to create reports and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Analyze, interpret and use data to influence change.• Provide data driven advisement to Executive Operations Leadership on external recruiting, internal mobility, succession planning, retention, building teams, identifying talent gaps and business development. Provide insights on business trends, barriers and opportunities that impact the business.• Key Accomplishments- Reduce time to deployment for high volume international project by over 45%, reducing the process from 81 days to 43 days- Initiate nose-to-tail business process and document review from application to hire to eliminate redundancies, ensure compliance, and better candidate experience resulting in a 57% reduction in steps to successfully complete employment applications, candidate drop-off by 27% and increased retention- Design and implement Recruiting Training program to include compliance topics, strategic learning, external training courses and peer-led training sessions.
