I am currently a dedicated member of the technical staff in the Computer Science Department at the University of Salerno, where I use my technical expertise to support the department\'s research, teaching activities, and overall operations.In my role, I am responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all lab equipment used for research and teaching. I ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of these machines, making sure they\'re in optimal condition to support the department\'s academic activities.I also manage the department\'s network infrastructure, ensuring robust, secure, and high-performing connectivity. This involves regular system checks, performance monitoring, troubleshooting network issues, and managing system backups.Beyond hardware and network management, I provide technical support and training to faculty, staff, and students. I strive to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible way, fostering a technologically proficient environment within the department.As a team player, I collaborate with department members to implement new technologies that drive our research and educational objectives. I maintain updated documentation on procedures, guidelines, and troubleshooting instructions for the equipment and network systems, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department\'s operations.In this role, I leverage my degree in Computer Science and previous experience in IT support, along with my problem-solving and communication skills, to ensure that our department\'s technological resources are effectively utilized and continually improved.
