It’s a privilege to work alongside open-minded, ambitious clients who are eager to transform their organizations and unlock their full potential.With the same passion and purpose, I also serve as a fitness studio advisor, where I have the rewarding opportunity to support our F45 members as they pursue transformation in their fitness journeys.In the first chapter of my professional career, I spent over three decades with Shell, where I held diverse roles across multiple business areas—including refining, trading & supply, oil sands, retail, and B2B sales.I’m deeply motivated by helping others reach their highest potential, in alignment with both their professional and personal purpose.My leadership philosophy is grounded in discipline, accountability, and execution, balanced by humility, authenticity, and purpose.Above all, I am driven to create meaningful and lasting impact—across businesses, within communities, and in the lives of individuals.
