I have 15+ years experience leading organizations, teams and programs that sit at the intersection of social impact, tech, and employee experience. I\'m a seasoned and innovative leader with a passion for driving positive change at a local and global level. In my current role I lead Docusign.org which encompasses nonprofit customer engagement, strategic grantmaking, and employee giving & volunteering. Prior to this I led the strategic design and implementation of Stripe’s first social impact and corporate philanthropy program. In prior roles I’ve managed global talent programs and M&A integrations, led nonprofits, built high-functioning global teams, and founded my own social businesses. I\'m a traveler at heart and have lived and worked in Guatemala, Chile, Switzerland, and the US.
