Andréa manages the Corporate Secretariat, the team of law clerks and legal assistants responsible for management of over business entities, and is the primary legal support to OMERS Finance Trust (OFT), an independent entity which issues debt unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by OMERS Administration Corporation. Andréa\'s major responsibilities in this regard are supporting OFT\'s debt issuance transactions and deployment of proceeds. Andréa manages the negotiation of third party loan documentation and the associated compliance obligations including regular reporting and \"Know Your Client\" requests. She also supports the SVP, Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary in reviewing OMERS guarantees and equity support documents. Finally, Andréa provides governance advice in the context of investments, policy and compliance matters.
