About Andrea Patton
I’ve always been endlessly curious about people- their stories, their ambitions, and the impact they want to make.My career has evolved from higher education to corporate social impact, but my throughline hasn’t changed: I believe in the power of connection to move both people and organizations forward. Today, I design programs at the intersection of business and community- from employee giving and board service to strategic partnerships and product donations- turning purpose into meaningful, measurable action.I’m a creative thinker and culture builder at heart. Colleagues see me as a trusted thought partner- someone who brings fresh ideas, connects dots across functions, and designs experiences that feel both strategic and human. I’m committed to building programs that aren’t just well-intentioned, but truly valuable to the people they serve. Are you a fellow Latina in the corporate impact space? Say hello!
