Andrea leverages a broad real estate and finance background, partnering as a trusted advisor to institutional clients for HouseCanary & ComeHome platforms.In collaboration with some of the largest banks/lenders in the U.S, ComeHome offers a customer-centered experience driven by industry leading data, coupling insights with actions in order to attract, retain, and convert consumers into mortgage products. Strategically, her role is to engage with lender partners across major initiatives including rollouts, training, adoption, and optimization. Internally, she serves as an advocate for clients, working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Design, and Engineering, with a specific focus on driving incremental growth and increasing retention rates across her clients’ portfolios. Prior to her current role, Andrea was a Senior Product Success Manager for a real estate tech startup, Rentlytics (later acquired by RealPage) and a Senior Consultant with GPG Advisers (a strategy, operations, and technology consulting firm), where she worked with a variety of institutional investors and REITs. Her background also includes brokerage, development, and property/asset management across multiple asset classes.A Colorado native, she earned both her MBA as well as a bachelor\'s degree in Finance from the Leeds School of Business at CU-Boulder. With an interest in education, mentorship, and mental health, Andrea has served as co-chair for the CU Real Estate Young Alumni Board and as a co-chair of the Events and Advancement Committee of the CU Real Estate Center\'s International Advisory Board, as well as in a project management role for Energize Colorado, a non-profit focused on supporting small businesses.
