As Sr. Director of Women\'s and Children’s Strategy I oversee business operations and am responsible for the strategic business development of the Obstetrics and Gynecology department and it\'s sub-specialties (Gyn-Oncology, Uro-Gynecology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Gender Services) at ten locations, including the Park Nicollet Women\'s Center. As Co-leader of the Children\'s Health Initiative, I support long term, system-wide initiatives to improve the health and well-being of children from pregnancy through adolescents. In my role I bridge the gaps between services, focusing on enhancing the quality of care and experience for our female and pediatric patients throughout the organization.
