We serve mission-driven companies who are experiencing periods of rapid growth, leadership change or other seasons of transition. We support their efforts to maintain a healthy environment of collaboration, by equipping their staff with the practical skills needed for repairing or maintaining sincere trust. We offer virtual and in-person staff trainings on- effective coaching & re-engaging of change-resistant employees- harassment prevention and intervention- giving and receiving difficult feedback- the brain science of threat and it\'s implications for effective communication- responding to resistance, pushback and defensiveness for those leading culture change initiatives - strategies for easing feelings of anxiety and overwhelm before, during or after a difficult conversation We also provide coaching, retreat facilitation and supported reading groups.I have written two books on the uses of mindfulness practice and improvised comedy skills for engaging the brave and often difficult conversations that ultimately create trust.
