Store Operations:Oversee day-to-day operations, including merchandising, backroom activities, frontline customer service, markdowns, scheduling, and shipping and receiving. Loss Prevention:Implement strategies to minimize shrink and damages to protect store assets and profitability. Customer Service:Foster a positive and engaging customer experience, and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction. Team Development:Recruit, train, and mentor Associates and Coordinators, providing guidance and performance feedback to cultivate talent. Company Initiatives:Communicate and implement action plans for company initiatives, promotions, and store projects.
