Full Ownership of Financial Operations: Accountable for all financial matters, ensuring robust governance and strategic alignment. Regulatory & Policy Compliance: Guarantee adherence to local GAAP, IFRS, and internal corporate financial policies and procedures. Audit Coordination: Lead engagement with external and internal auditors, ensuring smooth and transparent audit processes. Financial Reporting: Oversee the timely preparation and submission of management reports and statutory financial statements, both at the entity and consolidated group level. Treasury & Risk Management: Supervise treasury functions, ensuring efficient payment processes and appropriate financial risk mitigation. Performance Monitoring: Develop and manage KPIs to drive business performance and strategic decision-making. Challenge management to optimize cost structures, revenue base, and budgets through actionable insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and act as a key liaison between the business and corporate functions - including Legal, Tax, Treasury, IT, Shared Services, and Supply Chain - to ensure alignment, compliance, and seamless execution of financial and operational strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and develop regional finance teams, including recruitment, performance management, and objective setting.
