Throughout my leadership roles, I am able to synthesize complex information and provide emerging risk insights to diverse audiences. I help the business \'connect the dots\' on the work they do every day, the risks to achieving them, while reinforcing company priorities. I guide executives in risk identification and dependencies. I introduce scenario exercises to plan for and recover from strategic risk events. I thrive in a team environment and look to maintain strong business relationships. A fast pace of change does not rattle me, I\'m able to balance needs of the business and see projects through to the end. I produce quality work, and avoid simply submitting what was done before.    Enterprise Risk helps to fulfill a company\'s obligation to manage threats to achieving corporate objectives. I lead a Committee of senior managers to rate our risk priorities. I document action plans to mitigate our most critical enterprise risks and monitor performance within risk tolerance levels set by management. I perform risk assessments, draw initial conclusions, and determine appropriate next steps; all while partnering with business leaders. I pivot seamlessly to a consultative role by disseminating best risk practices gained from the healthcare industry and facilitate innovation internally. I fully own the ORSA report process and am accountable to ensure regulatory compliance with NYS requirements of financial risks from Climate Change. I contribute to several cross-functional business teams by being a risk liaison and promoting risk awareness across CDPHP.
