I specialize in translating ambition into operating reality by designing organizational structures, defining goals and KPIs, and creating rhythms that align teams and accelerate performance across markets.Over my career, I’ve led global and regional businesses through significant transformation, including serving as COO of Dentsu Creative and COO of Dentsu Americas, the company’s largest and most complex market. Most recently, I joined PMG as its first Chief Operating Officer, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to establish the operating foundation for the firm’s next phase of growth as a tech-first, highly scaled independent.I am particularly effective in environments where ambition and creativity must be paired with clarity and discipline to support scale and unlock long-term value.
