Elaboration of targets for regions and local offices (Key-accounts, cargo-mix, revenues, CMs and allocations). Market analysis and optimization and development of new products. Definition of minimum revenues and contribution margins (CM) to steer pricing and tender management. Close coordination with finance, operations, key-account and tender management.
